Never share a penpal's physical address, full name, or private contents of their letters outside of this platform or without their explicit consent.
Once you request an address, try to post your mail within 7 days. This ensures the recipient isn't waiting indefinitely for a surprise that never comes.
Keep your mail friendly and appropriate. Harassment, hate speech, or the sending of unsolicited commercial materials is strictly prohibited.
When uploading photos to the gallery, ensure the sender's specific street address or phone number is blurred or covered for their safety.
If you receive inappropriate mail or encounter a user violating these rules, please report it immediately to our moderation team.
